My mission is to educate people on how to improve their lifestyle, get fit and healthy, and MOST importantly, how to sustain it all & not fall off the wagon!

I've worked in the industry for 13 years now.

It mainly started after I returned from South East Asia. Travelling really opened my eyes to the way we're heading as a nation, and particularly across the west. The rate of obesity in the UK is growing at a rapid pace, and I want to do all that I can to encourage people to exercise and Have a better Relationship with exercise and food in order to reduce it.

Fast forward to now, I've been a personal trainer for 11 years.
I absolutely love it - there's nothing better than seeing you all smash your health and fitness goals!

In my spare time, I have a big love for watching a lot of sports (f1, football, tennis, cricket) mainly.
I love to travel!
Drinking coffee and building lego is where i’ll be chilling, and whilst I won’t be winning the Tour de France anytime soon, I put a little bit of effort in on the bike and learning to find my way around the padel court.

I 100% believe that persistence along with consistency is key, and that applies to everything in life.
