Our mission is to educate people on how to improve their lifestyle, get fit and healthy, and MOST importantly, how to sustain it all & not fall off the wagon!



When I was 16, I was a little overweight. That’s when I discovered weight training; I quickly got into shape, and from that point on, exercise was my life. With nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I can honestly say that nothing makes me happier than training people and helping them get results. Setting up the business with Sam was a no brainer! This is our way of helping as many people as we can, to lead a longer, healthier lifestyle.

In my free time I love to lift weights, participate in any form of exercise, and do research to keep up to date with this ever evolving industry. Honestly, once you find something you love, it becomes a large part of your life. That’s not to say I don’t do anything outside of fitness. I also spend time trying to play guitar! 




I've worked in the industry for 8 years now.  It all started after I returned from South East Asia. Travelling really opened my eyes to the way we're heading as a nation, and particularly across the west. The rate of obesity in the UK is growing at a rapid pace, and I want to do all that I can to encourage people to exercise and eat better in order to reduce it.

I've been a Personal Trainer for 6 years and there’s nothing that compares to the happiness I get from helping you guys achieve your health and fitness goals. 

When I'm not working, I'll probably be found hitting the trails. I'm a try-hard runner & a keen cyclist. I also explore abandoned buildings, and occasionally climb things.

I 100% believe that persistence is key, and that applies to everything in life.
